Our Verus Inspection App is a simple, and secure platform specifically designed for the collection of field inspection data for audits and appraisals.
This easy-to-use application allows the equipment holder or any other inspector to collect specific information requested from the Verus team directly to a GPS enabled device.
With built-in fraud prevention systems, our inspection app guides the user through the process of photo and video documentation of serial numbers, hours, mileage, visible condition, operational status, and other valuable information.
Once uploaded, the collect data is analyzed by our experienced staff for any concerns before delivery to out valued customers.
The app was designed for Android and Apple iOS and can be found in the Google Play & Apple App stores.
Fraud Prevention
Location Verification
When photographs and videos are submitted, Verus staff can see the approximate location of each data point, to verify the asset’s location.
Location address or GPS coordinates are included in every report.
Photo Fraud Prevention
The Verus Inspection App will automatically flag any photograph that does not appear to be a physical object, and may be in fact a photograph of an image or another device.
This lets the Verus staff to have a closer look at the flagged photograph. In our backoffice, it labels such anomalies as ‘Anomaly Found’.
Secure Storage
Every photograph and video are stored securely on the device. This allows the app to work in remote locations where there is a lack of cell service. Once the device is back in service, all photographs and videos are sent to our servers for further processing.
Inspector Identification
Unlike some other inspection apps on the market, the inspection is tied to an account. Inspectors and equipment holders gain access by being invited by the Verus team. This secures the inspection from unauthorized access by a third-party.
